The Greater Kansas City Employee Benefit Professionals Association is a nonprofit organization established in 1987 for the benefit of individuals who devote the majority of their time to the sale of, marketing of and consultation with respect to employee benefit plans.

Currently the organization has over 350 members from 90 different companies, including insurance carriers, brokers, and third party providers.  EBPA offers its members -

  • Four luncheon meetings during the year
  • Half day seminar in June - 5 hours of CE credit
  • Social events such as a golf tournament
  • Online membership directory
  • Continuing education credit for all of its meetings and seminar

EBPA provides its members with information on the latest information in the field of employee benefits, continuing education, and networking with their peers.

Membership may be either as an individual or through a company.  Check out the "Become a Member" page for further information and membership fees.  Only members are eligible to receive CE credits.

COVID-19 Update

EBPA is committed to ensuring that the safety and security of our members is a top priority. Although we won’t be able to meet in person in the near future, we hope to soon.  In the meantime, we will be continuing our webinars.

Once we begin meeting in person again, please be assured that we will be working in conjunction with the facilities to ensure a safe and clean environment through social distancing. We will continue to monitor the situation and keep our membership posted of any changes to our current schedule.  We look forward to talking with you soon on our upcoming webinars!
