There will also be discussion of the types of health arrangements that are or are not subject to Part 7 Affordable Care Act Market Reforms and a brief mention of related health regulatory guidance updates.

This session will include a discussion of the framework for determining a Plan Sponsor’s fiduciary responsibilities in connection with sponsorship and administration of group health employee benefit plans, including: health regulatory guidance updates, health enforcement initiatives, and Part 7 ERISA Self-Compliance Assistance Tools.
