Our speaker will address changes coming from the new administration and most notably the American Rescue Plan. For example, COVID-19 and the impacts that continue will also be addressed.
Our speaker will be Paula Day, Vice President, Director HR Compliance Consulting with Lockton Companies. She has nearly 30 years of experience as an attorney with more than 20 years devoted to labor and employment law. Over the years, she has gained extensive experience in advising employers on human resource compliance issues, including the application of Title VII, ADA, FMLA, paid leave laws, EEO compliance training, and guiding management through complex cases of discipline or employment termination.
