Position Description:

The Account Coordinator position provides support to the Account Management and Sales teams, and reports to the Director of Account Management.

Requirements
• Proficiency with all MS Office products
• Knowledge of employee benefits administration is helpful
• High school graduate or greater
• Ability to provide quick turn-around time of tasks
• Good communication skills
• Work well in a team environment

Responsibilities
• Quoting all lines of employee benefits coverage
• Request and run quotes
• Communicate via phone and email with vender partners
• Prepare spreadsheet and proposal presentation documents
• Data entry
• Preparation of marketing materials as needed
• Renewal quoting as directed by account management and sales teams
• Provide back-up as needed for account management team (PTO)
• Process group employee additions and terminations
• Produce and distribute SBCs and other plan information
• Miscellaneous duties and tasks as directed by account management and sales teams

Experience:    Employee benefits helpful, but we will train

Education Level:   High school or equivalent
