The Employer Shared Responsibility Provision
We will begin with an hour CE program. This will be followed by a reception and fun and games — bowling and bocce ball.
Our speaker is Natalie M. Schumann, J.D., Business Compliance Consultant, Mid-America Region for Aetna.
She will discuss the February 10, 2014 Regulations, transitional relief for non-calendar year plans, reporting requirements, the individual mandate, and the coverage gap, as well as other aspects of the employer shared responsibility provision.
