Mrs. Dodd-Arnold graduated from Missouri Western State College, in St. Joseph, Missouri, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1991. She joined the U.S. Department of Labor, Pension and Welfare Benefits Administration in 1992. During her career with the Department, she has conducted multiple investigations of plan-level health plans, multiple employer welfare arrangements, and service providers to ERISA-covered welfare plans. Leondra transitioned into her current position as the Kansas City Regional Office’s Senior Advisor for Health Investigations November 2013. She facilitates the oversight and management of the Kansas City Regional Office’s Health Enforcement Program.
