Our speaker will provide a framework for a discussion of Adaptive Leadership. He will discuss the various aspects of resistance to change and how to utilize leadership and resilience for a hope-filled future.
Rev. Dr. Joshua Clough is the Lead Location Pastor for Church of the Resurrection in Overland Park. Prior to joining the staff at Resurrection, Joshua served churches for five years in Hawaii and Southern California. He earned a Doctorate in Practical Theology and Leadership at Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, California. His research focused on adaptive leadership and leading change within organizations. Joshua also earned a Master’s degree from the Theological School at Drew University in Madison, New Jersey and a Bachelor’s degree from Willamette University in Salem, Oregon.
