The Ins and Outs of Building a Successful HRA Strategy

This program is designed to provide participants with the tools to understand the mechanics and structure of ICHRAs. That includes being able to:

Identify when an ICHRA is an appropriate solution based on employer size, geography, and risk appetite.
Discuss the implications of legislative and regulatory changes, including the CHOICE Act and tax credits.
Evaluate the financial and operational impact of ICHRAs vs. traditional group health plans.
Navigate common client objections and FAQs related to ICHRAs, including Medicare integration.
