Position Description:

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a positive experience. You will work closely with various departments to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance overall satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Duties

Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner. Analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Manage customer accounts and ensure accurate information is recorded in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Collaborate with sales and account management teams to address client concerns and improve service delivery. Assist new clients in completing applications Conduct follow-up calls or emails to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Experience

• Must be Health Insurance Licensed
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Health Insurance industry
• Ideally, having experience with Medicare Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations and provide effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with diverse clientele.
• Experience with account management or sales is beneficial but not required.
• Proficiency in using CRM software or similar tools for managing customer interactions.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Education: High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience: Health Insurance, preferably Medicare: 2 years (Required) License/Certification: Health Insurance License in Kansas & Missouri (Required)
